People

There was a guy who wore shoes he hadn't worn since he was 19. Now 30. Got blisters so took them off. Put on flip flops. Walked 10 km with them. And one of those broke so theytaped it to his foot with bandage tape! One guy is doing the whole thing wearing "five fingers" shoes. They have soft soles. He says you get use to the rocks. He has no knee pain with them. One lady is walking with shorting pain from the side of her foot up to her groin. Liz has a blister
