A journal of 4 sisters taking a 5 week walking pilgrimage through Spain. Preparation, planning, execution, insights, and much more. Check in on their journey.
Not mine- the poor foot of the Irish man who had to return home after only three days walking:(
There are rumors circulating that I am on the beaches of Barcelona eating sea bass and watching my toenails grow. To squelch these false accusations I will now give you a visual of my first week on the Camino Frances:
yes pictures! I love them! that is some nasty blister, ouch. And the one at the turbines, beautiful. what a special journey you are having, i am so happy for you. love you
So cool!! I cant wait to share these pics with Rocky and the kids :) Mom, I love the pic of you next to those metal figures, just like we saw in the movie The Way. And those terrible blisters on that man's foot, poor guy. It looks like a beautiful time to be walking (with the exception of the rainy muddy day), but like always, you know the perfect places to go and when to go. You should have been a world travel agent. Keep it up and keep the pics coming! Love you xoxo
Whenever I go on Ladies of Spain and you have posted, it makes me smile like a goofball!!! You make me happy..... to be a part of your journey & to know you are doing something that you so wished to return to. Thanks for sharing!! Love ya lots.
Oh WOWW. The pictures are great. On the computer in our bedroom was a picture of guess who...you walking thru a town 4 years ago. It wasn't on scroll. It stayed there all night so I saw it when I got ready this morning. I thought..boy if that isn't something. You're doing it. One whole week. My favorite picture of the ones you posted is at the top of the steep hill with the sculptures. Thanks for the memories.
