I set a record !!!!!!

I slept 12 hrs -a record for me!!!!!! Mother Nature gave us snow today!!

A man from France who uses a cart to transport his stuff

Yesterday on a very stoney path- this was before the rain, wind and hail came!

Yummy paella at an alberque.

A regional speciality called "Morcilla". It actually tasted better than it looked. Will someone look it up and tell me what I ate? (From Tech Mama Morcilla link)

A young couple doing the camino on horseback.

A cold, misty day in the mountains.

Typical scene at a bar- men with a cafe or cervezza watching TV.

Even a concrete lawnchair feels good after hours of walking!

Even cute little puppies walk the camino.

You ate a type of blood sausage that is best in Spain. I included a link with the comments on the picture for anyone who wants to check it out. Glad you made it through the hail the other day. I love reading your posts.

Oh Fran. It really looks good. Everything. You, the people, the food, the weather...camino style of course! Soooo glad you rejuvenated your body with a nice "winter" nap of 12! My posts are few...April 17th is a comin. We go fishing May 1 in Florida. Flying in on a Tuesday and out on Saturday. Gonna deep sea fish and hang at Sanibel. Can't wait. Gonna show a few of the grandkids what Grandma and Grandpa love to do. Row (Ann's) Ian and Jaden (Angie's) this time.

I am so proud of you! Wind, rain, cold and snow...you are amazing to get through that! You definitely needed the sleep to rejuvenate yourself! The pictures are wonderful...it's like we are there with you on the journey. So many interesting places and people. Are you also keeping a paper journal?
