Geo said it is probably some sort of contact dermatitis and hydrocortisone cream and cold compresses are what he suggested (they did get the cream). If it gets worse she may need oral steroids-which would probably require a medical clinic visit, however Spanish pharmacies can dispense some meds that require a Rx in the States but not there. I'll do a quick google check and let u know what I find :)

Maybe putting an ice cold wet washcloth on it might help?

The other day, what was by her shorts? Could it be from that?
