Tomorrow the Sea
We go to St Jean-de-Lux tomorrow. Then head out for Orisson on Friday. Packs have been adjusted. We ship clothes tomorrow. Our feet will fly the packs are so light. But just to make it interesting I got a knee bandage and cream. Liz did it so I thought I would to. RICE!!!!! All good vibes and positive energy are going to my body. I’ll guarantee you this time I won’t like downhill. Rowan didn’t so I thought I would too. We will lose WiFi probably for a day or two. Peonies and posting don’t mix. We are so very excited to start. The weather looks great.

If the cream is the one I showed Liz (generic name is Diclosenac) it is very cheap at any pharmacy in Spain !!! I always stock up when I'm in Europe :):)
