What a day!! We made it. Liz fell and skinned her palm but our friend is a nurse and bandaged it. Tonite we celebrate with them.

Wifi finally

After Gonzar we stayed in Melide then Arzua and tonite Arca. We've had rain the past couple days but no complaints. Food REALLY tastes good when there's a chill in your bones. We keep looking for the Spanish chocolate drink with churros like we had in Ponferrada.

Rain

Yup. We're down to our last 6 days on the Camino and the forecast for Mon Tues and Wed looks like rain. We've been SOO fortunate so far. We have about 80 miles to go. We stayed at OCebreiro last night and Tricastela tonight. Albergue is full so we're staying at a hotel across the street. Great view

Ponferrada

The castle was closed for tours so we're staying until Tuesday to see the inside of it. Great day today. The girl is from Waterloo. Knows Brian Annie and Danny

Acebo

Staying in Acebo tonite. Tomorrow will stay in Ponferrada

We are staying at Villares de Orbigo which is just before Astorga. Tomorrow we dine with Pilar the lady we met last time. She does great paella and is soo sweet
