We have decided to take a break in Pamplona for a day. Our days have been tiring with the heat.  Katie needs different off the trail shoes and Rand is looking for a store that sells the filet mignon jerky his friend had. We found a pork jerky. 

The blister count is 5 Rand, 2 Katie and 1 Rose. Got some Compeed blister pads. Luv em. 

We had supper with a group we met the first nite. Two of them met on a Camino Facebook account and are going to Santiago. Both have knee problems. I gave them the Volistad info. Sure hope it helps them. They are such delightful upbeat young women. Have got wraps right now. 

Rand and Katie have taken to this like ducks to water. Rand mentioned "next time" he's not going to take the rain gear. Just a poncho. Luv it.
