Which will be the most exciting....the day we begin our walk or the day we arrive in Santiago?
Have been trying to comtemplate that and can't come up with the answer.

Oh I posted a comment in Goat's "Sunday" post...God bless the LOS as they do the final details! Love ya...
Everything is relative:
The day we begin our walk the excitement of finally being there after months of preperation is overwhelming. Will I be able to walk 15miles? What is a refugio REALLY like. How high is 1500meters? All these questions and concerns will be addressed as we travel on the Camino. We'll settle into a routine and rhythm for the next 32 days. The beauty of the countryside, the fascinating people you'll meet, and the excitement of the Camino will sustain you.
When the sore feet and muscles, rain and mud, scorching sun and endless other physical, mental or enviormental issues get to you,
THEN the excitement of the end of the journey takes over to propel you on to finish.(Remember the quote I included in your travel info- read it again.) Love ya.
The wise elder has spoken.
