Miles

Each will be accounted for. I took a test run (walk) and the read out on the pedometer is accurate. But boy are my feet killing me! My plans are to notate at the end of each day the distance and time we walk. My trail is flat except for my hill and I did 3mph. Went 12miles. I was going to go longer but my water ran out. My pee was very light colored so I was well hydrated.

After our talk yesterday I was worried about you feet/rash. You may have had the top of your boots(area over ankles)laced too tight and the long walk caused your feet and ankles to swell. With all of us starting to add some longer walks into our schedule it would be a good idea to check the tightness of the laces after a few hours and adjust as needed.

Fran, I went out again but this time didn't tie the top of my boots so tight. That was it. The
rash is going away. Thanks.
