Another Day Another 9 Miles

We made it further down the trail. It was a delightful non-hilly walk today. The alburgue (hostel) is right next to a refreshing stream that has rapids and crystal clear water. We had lunch under a tree by the stream. The place is a big one. Lots and lots of bunks for all us pilgrims. It´s way hot outside now. The sun really gets intense in the afternoons. Tomorrow is going to be a long one. On Sunday we´re going to have a contest to see who can pack their pack the fastest. The winner gets Fran´s gorgeous scarf. We are all coveting it.
