legs strong, we DID it all day long. 23 miles plus 1 going to supper! Not bad for two kind of old ladies. Took 10 hours. Glad to see Fran´s face at the pre-determined meeting place (VillaFranca).
We have a jingle : Four happy pilgrims on the road did roam.
One hurt her foot and had to go home.
Three sad pilgrims trudging along.
One elder whined about her load.
And two peppy pilgrims skipped down the road.
Rose was ¨fly lady¨ literally yesterday. About 20 flys kept buzzing around her head all afternoon. Nobody else had a similar close encounter.
We read a few more of Rich´s notes....we think there´s a theme. Tee hee.
