Yesterday I developed an ache right in the middle of the lowest part of my back. So today I made my stance a little wider and the ache did not develop. Heloise hint....not.

My chiropractor gave me a great strech. It's actually for your abdomin, but it works well. Get down on one knee. Bring that knee as far back as you can with the other leg bent at a 90 degree angle with a flat foot on the ground. Then lean your torso back as far as you can. It works.

Also, sleep with a small pillow between your legs.
