My girls!!!!

It has been a busy, fun 5 days here- Cary and Sage were home. I just returned from taking them to STL airport and the house is sooooo quiet! Posting a pic I took this morning- Cary is holding Georgia, Sarah is holding Sage and Robin is in the middle. The hardest thing about being gone 5 weeks is how much the two little ones will change.

All is well here. Training is progressing- even though it is too hot and humid! I'm still at 90mins 6 days a week and will bump it up to 2hrs with pack in Aug.
