Training update

Well, I walked a 4 hour and a 3 1/4 hour and I feel good. My "core" is a little achy so I'm going to increase my pack weight until we go to strengthen those muscles. But the legs are great so I'll continue walking the hill like I've been doing (which is 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day) and maybe take a long walk once a week. The only little pain is my left heel if I go barefoot. But I have no pain if I put my Merrill's on right away(my shoes I bought to walk in after we get off the trail) . Man I'm ready............

Wow ! Doing good! I did get a 3 hour walk in today. It went good.
I could have went more I was just hungry, and after that stop talked myself out of going back out.
