From Mariann:
Today was an absolutely lovely day with light cloud cover to make it nice and cool, and the terrain wasn´t so gruelling......pretty flat and just gorgeous vistas. Am going to pass off.....doing well and enjoying the unbelievable country we are in. Love ya all.
From Goat:
Last night we stayed at this place that had a ¨platform¨that had cushions that you slept on...five of them in a row. They played Celtic music at night before the lights went out and they burned incense. It was delightful. Liz and I had our best night sleep. We fell asleep right away and slept through. For supper we had the pilgrim meal again (10 euros which includes salad, meat, potatoe, dessert, wine and bottled water) with the huge portions I have mentioned before. And there were the 8 firemen eating with us. They passed us on the trail going lickety split. Those guys are in shape.
Now we´re at this place that this guy is playing Andrea Boccelli and El Divo. While we sit on the roof top gazing out at the mountains with the olive orchards and grape villas. And a cold cerveza in our hands. Good stuff.
I´ve had my limit of them so I have to go and pass out....tee heee heee.
